Return Eligibility Period
We support a 60-day free return service for all products. Within 60 days from the date of package delivery, customers can apply for return application if they are not satisfied with the purchased goods. All return applications need to comply with our return specification requirements.
Return Conditions
The returned products must be kept in unused, undamaged and original condition, with intact product accessories and packaging. Damages caused by personal wear, artificial scratch and improper storage will not be eligible for free return. We reserve the right to inspect all returned goods.
Refund Processing Cycle
After we receive and verify the returned products completely conform to the return standard, we will initiate the refund procedure. The official refund processing period is 5 to 10 business days. The actual arrival time of the funds depends on the processing rules of the customer's payment platform.
Return Shipping Regulation
We provide free return service for qualified orders. Customers do not need to bear additional return freight fees. Any irregular return logistics costs caused by personal reasons shall be borne by the customer.
Unacceptable Situation
We reject return applications beyond the 60-day return period, as well as products with obvious wear marks, dirt, damage and missing accessories. Custom damaged goods and man-made defective products are not included in the return scope.
